Step 1 of 155 minutes

Your farm may hold new opportunities

We will create an initial profile of your farm to assess potential opportunities in sustainability, regenerative livestock, water conservation, biodiversity, satellite mapping, restoration and future climate-finance programs.

Before you begin
  • The initial assessment costs 120.000 COP.
  • Your information will be handled securely and confidentially.
  • You do not transfer ownership of your land.
  • You do not transfer carbon rights.
  • You do not transfer any rights over your farm.
  • This is not a contract or an obligation to participate.
  • You can pause and continue later.

What we will need

Registration takes approximately 5 minutes. The more complete the information, the better we can assess the potential of your farm.

Basic information

Farm name, location, approximate area, number of cattle and land use.

Images, documents and boundaries

Photos, videos, farm documents and boundary files help us create a more complete profile, visualize the property and prepare future satellite maps.

Why are they important?

This information helps identify available resources, conservation areas, potential restoration areas, water sources and opportunities that could generate income or access to future programs.

If you do not have everything now, you can begin registration and complete the documents later.

Producer information

Approximate farm location

If you know them, enter the approximate coordinates of the farm. If not, you may continue and we can validate the location later.

Farm size and classification

This information helps us identify which methodologies, baselines and opportunities may apply to your farm.

What is the predominant natural asset on your property?

This information helps us select the methodologies and opportunities most appropriate for your farm.

Farm land distribution

Provide an approximate area in hectares. We can later validate this information using GIS and satellite mapping.

Main productive activity

Select the activity that best represents the main production activity of your farm.

Land tenure

Esta información nos ayuda a evaluar la preparación legal del proyecto. No afecta la propiedad de tu finca.

Do you use rotational grazing?

For example, moving cattle between paddocks or resting areas.

Farm boundaries

If you have a KML, KMZ, SHP, GeoJSON or ZIP file, you can upload it. If not, you can provide it later.

Water sources

Water is one of the most important natural assets on a farm. This information helps us assess opportunities related to conservation, biodiversity, water security and future environmental projects.

Forest and natural assets

Answer as simply as possible. If you are unsure, you can indicate that.

What natural assets are present?

What would you like to achieve with your farm?

You may select all options that interest you.

Vision for the future of your farm

This information helps us identify opportunities aligned with your long-term plans.

Would you be willing to participate in long-term environmental projects?

Final step

Activate my Natural Capital Profile

A farm is worth much more than the hectares recorded on a deed. It represents a lifetime of work, the effort of a family and the legacy we leave to those who come after us.

With this initial assessment, we can create the digital profile of your farm, organize its information and prepare future opportunities related to sustainable production, water, biodiversity, restoration and environmental markets.

Your initial assessment includes:
  • NCOS Digital Farm Profile.
  • Initial natural-asset inventory.
  • Organization of photos, documents, payment records and boundaries.
  • Preparation for satellite analysis and technical review.
  • Preliminary assessment of productive and environmental opportunities.
  • Portal access so you can complete information later.
What happens next?
  • We receive your registration.
  • We verify your information and payment receipt.
  • We create your NCOS Digital Profile.
  • We organize documents, photos, videos and boundaries.
  • We begin the technical assessment of the farm.
